History
In January 2003, we opened Cali Viejo Restaurant in Brandon, FL, a family business with the dream of serving the community with the most delicious Colombian and Latin American dishes. Since the beginning, we offered platters for parties with our most popular sweet and savory treats. As we saw the demand for our platters grow, our catering business began to take shape.
In 2007, we expanded our services to include catering for medical representatives, which has since become a significant part of our business. We now cater to medical representative events throughout Tampa Bay and beyond areas.
In 2010, we further expanded our business by offering full-service catering for events of any size, from helping customers select the perfect venue to coordinating all logistics and being there every step of the way.
We then acquired “The Barn at Winthrop,” an event venue where we hosted multiple events, including weddings, anniversaries, quinceaneras, sweet sixteens and many other celebrations. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we had to close the venue in 2020. Nevertheless, we continue to provide high-quality catering services for all types of celebrations at various venues.
We’re very happy and immensely grateful to our customers for their unwavering support for the last 20 years! We feel overjoyed to be in business with our restaurant Cali Viejo, along with our newly remodel Cali Bakery in Brandon, FL, our sister restaurant Cali Aji Latin Kitchen & Bakery, San Antonio Burgers food truck in Riverview, FL and our catering company Cali Catering, serving the community with our exceptional service and cuisine.
